Potatoes with chorizo

Tapas poatoes and chorizo
½kg/1lb  potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ lb chorizo, sliced
black pepper

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes
  2. Boil for 5-10 minutes until just cooked
  3. Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan
  4. Add the chorizo
  5. Fry until the oil turns red from the chorizo
  6. Add the cooked, sliced potatoes
  7. Fry over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes tae on the chorizo colour.
  8. Serve hot
