3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
½ tbsp. double cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
‘Shake’ Worcestershire sauce
‘Shake’ Tabasco sauce
juice of half lime (or lemon)
‘slug’ of brandy
salt and pepper

1. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. 
2. Add other ingredients one by one, mixing in each in turn.
3. Keep in fridge till needed.
