Artichoke Dip

Chilli Philli
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into an oven-proof dish.
  3. Bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with assorted crisps or crackers.
