Wellington Sandwich

(per sandwich)
¼ lb sliced rare beef (roasted or griddled)
1 tbsp piccalilli
1 slice black bread
Salad leaves
Mixed pickles (tiny onions, cornichons, capers)

  1. Lay the bread on a small plate
  2. Spread the bread with the piccalilli
  3. Arrange the beef on top
  4. Serve with salad leaves and a few pickles on the side
