(per sandwich)
¼ lb sliced rare beef (roasted or griddled)
1 tbsp piccalilli
1 slice black bread
Salad leaves
Mixed pickles (tiny onions, cornichons, capers)
- Lay the bread on a small plate
- Spread the bread with the piccalilli
- Arrange the beef on top
- Serve with salad leaves and a few pickles on the side
